Mozo's Great American Heroes: Savor Exceptional Sandwiches in Pueblo, CO

Great experience the staff was very helpful. The food was fantastic. Grat portions and made fresh.

Stopped in on a wimb and was pleasantly surprised had tuna subs I like that they use light mayonnaise so the tuna could shine everything was fresh and the people were pretty nice!

Dropped in this Morning , not my first time , always a great experience , usually order to go. Ordered two bacon breakfast burritos and 16 ounce menudo , came with all the fixens , on the side , everything was great tasting , some of the best in town , a little bit of a wait as it is all put together per order , I believer it is the owner working by herself. Appreciate her smile , giving it a 10 all around.

The food is spectacular. The burgers are big and juicy, the sandwiches are stuffed full and always spot on. The service is quick and efficient. Can't go wrong with this place.

A sandwich shop on Lake highlighting Pueblo’s status as Home of the Heroes. The exterior is covered in murals, some aligning with the patriotic theme and some just plain cool. The interior isn’t fancy by any means, but it is clean and homey. The food has been a bit hit or miss in my opinion. Nothing I’ve gotten has been disappointing, but some sandwiches have been just alright, while other items have been excellent. I mainly stuck to the hero sandwiches at first, given the name, but my favorite items have been the cheeseburger, reuben, and breakfast burrito. The service is friendly and quick, I can usually be in and out within 5 minutes if I’m getting it to go. The prices are generally pretty low, you can get a filling meal here for around $10. All in all, a great spot to grab lunch, definitely worth a try.

Mozo's is a sandwich spot in Pueblo with good reviews, so I decided to take a chance. I got there a little before noon and placed an order for their special of the day which was a grilled chicken sandwich. Great flavor, good amount of chicken. My biggest takeaway was how great the service was and how many patrons showed up. This place is in the middle of a neighborhood. Plenty of parking and well worth the visit. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

there’s no doubt about it that mozo’s subs is the best sub place in town…in my opinion, it’s the best quality food compared to big chains-the shaved steak actually tastes like steak! also, I love their pickles and it tastes even better on the ben franklin. just overall a cool place to look at the walls and see a bit of history and listen to good tunes as you eat. thanks again for always being a great place to dine for over a decade i’ve been coming here :)
